|Recommended: YesJust moved in last week to the townhomes. Really love the place. After the last place we lived, it is quiet and peaceful. Here are the only complaints I have we still do not have a working doorknob to the front door, only a deadbolt the upstairs toilet wont fill with water for some odd reason i will put in a maintenance request , only 1 eye on the stove currently and lastly, behind the townhomes, there is a lot of trash back there and the weeds and bugs make it unbearable to be out there. Would love some yard work done back there so we can enjoy the backyard. Thanks to Kisy for all the help getting us in this place. I love it so far

|Recommended: YesWe have been living here going on a year now and just renewed our lease. My family and I love it here. We get along with our neighbors and everyone is friendly and makes living here more enjoyable. There are a few things that could be improved such as new mailboxes and keeping the trash picked up that the cats and dogs get into. Other than that we enjoy it. There’s never been a time that I couldn’t get in touch with our property manager. Kisy is the best and makes sure our questions are answered and keeps us updated on and future promotions and maintenance schedules.

|Recommended: YesWe are beyond happy to have Kisy back as property manager She's the BEST The only complaints we have are the stray cats that are very annoying, and the fact that we haven't had inspections in several years. The parking is fine. The noise level isn't great, but we communicate with our neighbors whenever it's unbearable. The grounds can be really trashy at times, especially when tenants move out. The backyard is hard for our kids to enjoy because of dog feces. Construction, maintenance, staff and overall are GREAT

|Recommended: YesGreat — I love living in the apartment I am in the rent is a little steep but I manage pretty good. It’s a really nice place to live
